Terms and conditions:

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  • Returns: Customers are responsible for the postage costs when returning items to us.

  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, you will be required to pay for shipping both ways (to send the item to us and to receive the exchange).

  • Damaged Items: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items that are damaged during personal try-ons, including stains, tears, or missing embellishments. If a damaged item is returned, we can offer to send it back to you for a shipping fee. If the shipping charge is not paid, the return will be rejected.

All items undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch to ensure immaculate condition upon arrival. However, in the unlikely event that the item has a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a refund once the item is returned back to us and we can confirm it is actually a manufacturer fault.

You are eligible for an exchange in the event of incorrect sizes or if you desire a different colour, provided it is initiated within the 7 days, exchanges will be granted. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you purchased it.

If you send a return to us and we do not receive the abaya, or if it is lost in transit, we are not responsible for this and refund will not be issued.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Upon the arrival of packages in your country, customers are solely responsible for any incurred customs charges. We recommend checking and adhering to local customs regulations. Abaya Atelier bears no liability for these charges. If you fail to pay customs charge and the abaya returns back to us, we will refund you the amount paid for the abaya but the delivery charge will not be refunded. The abaya will not be sent out again either. 

Europe orders take around 8-10 days to receive but may take longer if there is delays such as item being held at customs.

International shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks – sometimes delays can occur.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:

We highly recommend utilising dry cleaning services for our products, given the delicate nature of our abayas. Using a washing machine can cause irreparable damage to the abaya.

PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING:

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are securely processed.
Shipping details, including costs and delivery times, are outlined during the checkout process. We are not responsible for delays or damages during transit.

We offer various shipping options through Royal Mail, allowing you to choose your preferred method during the checkout process.
